The SMX League has unveiled the complete 2027 Monster Energy SMX World Championship regular season schedule, featuring a 28-round campaign that combines the 17-race Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship and the 11-race Pro Motocross Championship. Ticket presale registration opens on Tuesday, 6th October at 10:00 a.m. ET for preferred customers.
The Supercross schedule will visit 16 cities across 13 states from early January to mid-May, including two new venues making their championship debuts. The series will visit the Alamodome in San Antonio and M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore for the first time, whilst also returning to fan favourites including Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, and Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh.
The 56th season of Pro Motocross will maintain its traditional slate of celebrated nationals, featuring 11 races and 22 motos across 10 states. The outdoor campaign begins on Memorial Day weekend and concludes the final weekend in August, with iconic stops including the High Point National on Father’s Day weekend and the RedBud National on Independence Day.
Following the regular season, the Monster Energy SMX World Championship Playoffs and Final will host three postseason rounds after Labour Day weekend, with venues to be announced in January.
450SMX Class Contenders

The premier class will be headlined by reigning Supercross champion Ken Roczen, who joins fellow champions Jason Anderson, Jett Lawrence, Chase Sexton, and Cooper Webb. Last season’s runner-up Hunter Lawrence will lead the challengers alongside former main event winners Justin Barcia, Aaron Plessinger, and Malcolm Stewart. The season will also mark the highly anticipated rookie campaign for rising star Haiden Deegan.
Defending outdoor champion Hunter Lawrence will face stiff competition from his brother Jett Lawrence, Chase Sexton, Haiden Deegan, and newly crowned SMX World Champion Jorge Prado when Pro Motocross begins at Fox Raceway at Pala.
250SMX Class Rivalry
The 250SMX Class will be divided into Eastern and Western Regional Championships for Supercross, with defending Eastern Regional Champion Cole Davies leading a talented field. Former main event winners including Max Anstie, Julien Beaumer, Pierce Brown, Seth Hammaker, Chance Hymas, Cameron McAdoo, Jo Shimoda, Nate Thrasher, and newly crowned SMX World Champion Levi Kitchen are all expected to challenge for titles.

The 2027 season will also welcome the highly anticipated U.S. debut of Belgian twins Lucas and Sacha Coenen. Following impressive guest appearances during the 2026 Pro Motocross Championship, the siblings are expected to be instant title contenders. Lucas will compete in the 450SMX Class, whilst Sacha races in the 250SMX Class, already holding a victory from Southwick.
FanFest will be available at all Supercross rounds except Detroit, offering fans unprecedented access to riders, machines, and team rigs. Interested fans can register for preferred ticket access at SupercrossLIVE.com and ProMotocross.com.
